职位描述
(一)基本条件
1、具有良好的职业道德、操守、品行和声誉,遵守法律、行政法规和规章,有良好的守法合规记录。
2、具有较好的煤矿工作业绩,熟悉煤矿企业管理,有较强的决策能力、经营管理能力、沟通协调能力、处理复杂问题和突发事件能力,开拓创新精神和市场意识强。
3、具有履行岗位职责所需的专业知识,熟悉煤矿行业标准及相关煤矿安全法规,有煤矿安全管理工作经历和经验。

(二)资格条件
1、煤矿专业大学及以上文化程度或中级及以上专业技术资格。

3、年龄界限: 45岁以下。

二、招聘岗位
招聘水文地质副总工程师5名.工作地点:晋、陕、蒙、甘
三、基本条件及任职要求
(一)基本条件
1、全日制专科及以上学历,地质、水文地质或采矿专业;
2、要求男性,45周岁及以下,(1968年7月1日以后出生);
3、具有良好的心理素质,具备较强的开拓创新能力和分析判断能力身体健康,能够深入生产一线;
4、具有较强的语言文字表达能力,能熟练使用计算机文字软件、工程软件;
5、具有工程师及以上专业技术资格.
(二)任职要求
水文地质条件较复杂的矿井,8年以上工作经历;

四、用工形式及相关待遇
(一)录用人员与所在公司初次签订1年期劳动合同,试用期1个月.在试用期内不能胜任本岗位工作的,依法解除劳动合同.
(二)薪酬、福利待遇按所在公司的有关规定执行.
五、招聘程序
